This vue define is a video I created with my friend, Emily. It is a mix of music, stories, and quotes from a variety of people on the topic of self-awareness. I am including the song that was used to make the video, “A Million Miles” by Katy Perry. The video has been viewed over 20,000 times.
It is a video that you can’t help but watch. It is a video that gives you a little taste of what self-awareness is like, and then you play that video over and over again.
The first time I saw the video was at a birthday party in the park when I was just about to leave. I was so excited! I couldn’t believe it! It was so intense. The party was a disaster and the party only lasted for a few hours. My friend was sitting next to me doing the same thing, which meant she had to wait until the birthday party to make a video. It was a terrible time to have such a great party.
This was the video I watched again and again. It was so powerful. I felt like I knew myself, and I knew the video would help me with that. It was a very intense time for me. I can remember it being very lonely, which is the worst thing to be at a large gathering. You want to be around people that you feel safe with, but it seems like you always end up alone. Being alone is like a death loop.
I think it’s a problem with the way we’re wired. We’re programmed to be alone, whether it be in a room or in a crowd.
The human brain is designed to be an autopilot. That’s why we can have so much trouble remembering things. But that doesn’t mean we can’t learn to control our thoughts and feelings. We can learn to become more aware of them, just by going about our day-to-day lives. But for more profound, long-term change, we need to learn to be self-aware.
I know, I know, I know, that’s why we have the right to be alone.
Are you aware of your thoughts and feelings? Well, we are. For better or worse, we are wired like a computer. Our brains are designed to be self-aware. Thats why we can have so much trouble remembering things. But that doesnt mean we cant learn to control our thoughts and feelings. We can learn to become more aware of them, just by going about our day-to-day lives.
The first thing we need to learn is that we can stop using the “I” word. In this case, “I” is the word we use to refer to our selves. If we are aware of our thoughts and feelings, then our brains can stop the word “I” using it and think of ourselves as “we” instead.
I can learn to stop using the I word by getting more self-awareness, but I still can’t think of myself as I. To do that we first need to learn that we are not in the body of a human, as we are not in a body that we can control. Instead we are in a body that we can control.
